That’s why we’ve lifted the ceilings, and included 900 mm appliances, plus a dishwasher and thicker than normal Caesar Stone in all our kitchens. 

What we know from experience is that landlords want modern timber laminate flooring that is long wearing, looks amazing and is hard to damage, and carpets that withstand the wear and tear of children and pets. All our homes include quality flooring in a huge variety of colours, including oversized porcelain tiles to all wet areas.
